Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or Empath means you're more sensitive to day to day stress, other people and your environment. Figuring out the right self care routine that helps you feel grounded and calm is foundational to our work together. We come up with strategies, tools and lifestyle changes that you can institute to keep yourself happy and feeling at ease. I'm a HSP myself and I know how difficult it can be to manage the chaos of daily life, and we will work together to create your unique individual plan for daily living.
A huge part of the self development journey is learning about ourselves so that we can become self healers in the process. Having a guide like myself can be helpful, and my goal is for you to learn the tools that work best for YOU. We develop your unique plan and figure out the changes you can make in your life so that you're thriving and not just surviving. My intention is for you to learn the skills and tools to manage the day to day and so that I no longer am needed in your life.
I practice a holistic whole-body approach to life coaching. Understanding the role the body plays in our mood and sense of well being is essential in managing our stress, anxiety, emotional reactivity and general mental health and sense of well being. I blend in somatic techniques and neuroscience (which help us understand why we act and react the way that we do) to help you understand how to track your body and nervous system so that you can make appropriate life changes.

My experience includes working for ten years in program management and logistics, largely for start-ups and universtities, before transitioning to working in counseling and coaching.
